Sam Judd is a producer and multi-instrumentalist from Stroud, UK, known for blending leftfield electronica, techno, and breakbeats with immersive soundscapes. His music incorporates field recordings collected from various global locations, reflecting a diverse range of influences. Judd's debut EP, Temple Music, released in March 2024, features tracks inspired by his travels, including sounds from Thailand and Italy.
He co-founded with me 'Sonar Sessions', a live electronic music event series based in Stroud and Bristol, aiming to showcase world-class live artists and provide immersive audience experiences. Judd has performed at events like Jazz Stroud, Wanderfal, and Seasonings Festival, and has been featured on BBC Introducing.
His latest EP, Formless, was released in May 2025, coinciding with a series of live audio-visual shows across the southwest.
